July 19, 2007, 5:22 pm : We need shows in California

If you’re keeping up with the irregular entries on the blog, you’ll know that I’m currently in the early stages of making a documentary about the DIY music scene, in Leeds and further afield.

As part of the film, we (that’s me, Katie and Toby) plan to do a bit of traveling, in order to film Leeds bands playing in different countries. Thus, Printed Circuit may well be going on some more extravagant international travels towards the end of the year.

Right now, we’re mainly interested in setting up shows in California, and we’re looking at November or December.

It’s likely we’ll be based in San Francisco for the filming, but we could travel further afield depending on the opportunities we’re given. Going back to New York or Miami is an option for us, as is San Diego or LA.
